Introducing solid foods is still going well. Bennett loves Squash & Carrots; he likes Green Beans & Bananas, & hates Applesauce.
Jeff & Bennett on one of our afternoon walks; we have great sunsets here in the sunshine state.
Bennett is getting better at sitting up with assistance; here he is reading all about Cookie Monster.
On Valentines weekend our wonderful friends Rusty, Sykora, & Liliana came to see us. This was the first opportunity they’ve had to see Bennett. Liliana is 8 months old & has the most beautiful red hair. She’s such a sweet heart & it was really neat to see her & “B” interacting. Since we wouldn’t be able to get together for Easter, we decided to dress the kids up in their Easter outfits & took a few pictures. Here is a couple. We miss the Cobb family terribly and wish we could visit more often.
The look on Bennett's face here is hilarious; it's like he's saying really mom powder blue & bunnies! (but he only a little baby once)
While Sykora was here we did some power shopping at the outlet malls. We were able to get some really good deals, even Jeff thought so (and for those of you who know Jeff that’s a big deal).Anyway, here is a pair of Monster Socks I got while we were out. I thought they were cute, bit holly cow they are too funny on Bennett’s little feet. These pictures do not do them justice.

Bennett taking a ride on his daddy's shoulders.

In our neighborhood we have 2 sandhill cranes. They have made them selves at home around the neighborhood. This picture was taken five feet from my front door. They are so pretty, but they made a terrible noises.
Today we walked over to the little playground in our neighborhood to take Bennett on his first go on the slides. He really enjoyed it; he giggled and laughed really hard all the way down. I’m not sure who had more fun Bennett or me; I did take a few rides on the slide myself today. We also took Lee & Belle so they could swim in the pond.
